Latin to the Core formally known as Core Rhythms coming in August

Dance your way to a lean, toned and defined body.  Don't miss this easy to follow 60 minute core strengthening, Latin inspired dance workout.

 

TurboKick Launch Round 37 -  Saturday, July 11 at 11:00a

All new music all new moves.  Come kick punch and groove a TON of calories away in this action paced workout with an edge!

 Summer sizzle and Strength - Saturday, July 18 at 10:00a with Megan and Beth                                                                      

Melt the fat away and tone your body with the latest, hottest functional upper and lower body resistance, balance and stabilization training.  A 75 minute class.

                                                                                           

SPINNING BASICS on Wednesday, July 15 and 29th at 1:30p in Studio B

In this 30 minute class you will learn bike set-up, hand positioning, terminology, body positioning, safety tips and more.  Come once or every Monday in June to learn the fundamentals of Spinning and take your ride to the next level.

 

RACE DAY with Chris on Saturday, July 11 at 8:45a

Race Day simulates an intense "race" environment.  It is the ultimate challenge.  Race Day is not an every day ride - it can be used as a monthly test to see progress you have made and to make future fitness goals.  This class is designed for intermediate to advanced riders.  This class is not for beginnersCome rested and hydrated and ready for the ride of your life.
