Concourse Athletic Club Kids Club General Information
Philosophy
Children are people with special needs and interests. The Concourse Kid's Club strives to provide an atmosphere of love, understanding, respect and acceptance for your children while they are in our care. As parents, you should feel that your children will be left in a safe environment. It is the goal of the Kid's Club staff to deliver you and your children the safest environment possible.
Nursery Hours of Operation
Monday – Thursday 8:30AM–7:30PM
Friday 8:30AM–4PM
Saturday and Sunday 8:30AM – 2PM
Reservation Policy
In the interest of safety, the Kid’s Club asks that all childcare visits be made by reservation. There is a two hour maximum time limit for visits with a 15 minute "grace" period. Reservations may be made up to a week in advance. A $5 per child "walk-in" fee applies for those without a reservation. Walk-ins are subject to available space. You can make your reservation through the Kid’s Club at 770.698.2061.
Georgia State Childcare Ratio
The Kids Club follows the Georgia State Childcare Ratio recommendation of 3 to 1 ratio for infants, and 8 to 1 for toddlers.
Kids Club Fees
Nursery add-on option available as of January 1st, 2012:
$29/month for the 1st child, $29/month for the 2nd child, $10/month for each additional child**
::Up to two hours per day/7 days per week.
::Advanced reservations required. Punch cards are no longer available.
Other fees:
::Members: 6 weeks and up, $6.50/Hour
::Guests: 6 weeks and up, $7.50/Hour
::Late fee of $5 per child if you are 30 minutes late for reservation
::"Walk in" fee of $5 per child for those without a reservation. Walk-ins are subject to availability.**
::No show fee of $10 for reservations not cancelled at least one hour in advance.**
Note.
:: Label all diaper bags, bottles, cups and belongings with your child’s name.
:: We offer an in-house paging system for your convenience.
Sick Child Policy/Disruptive Behavior Policy
:: Children that are ill/possibly have an illness will not be permitted in the Kids Club. It is at the discretion of the staff.
:: If there is any doubt as to whether or not your child will be admitted, it is recommended that a doctor's note accompany the child.
:: Disruption behavior includes, but is not limited to, hitting, biting, kicking or vulgar language.
:: We use "Time Out" for discipline, one minute for every year the child is old.
:: Children may be suspended from the Kids Club for repetitive disruptive behavior.
:: Behavior that is not corrected may result in indefinite suspension.
Snacks
You may provide food/snacks for your child while in the Kid's Club, however in order to protect the children in our care we do ask that you notify the staff if your child has any food allergies.

Signing In/Out
For your child's protection we ask that you sign your child in and out with the Kid's Club staff and provide proper identification.
