CONCOURSE BOOT CAMP
It’s time to bring your workout inside and outside! Join the CONCOURSE BOOT CAMP, for a high energy, body changing workout! Based on traditonal exercises that challenge the novice as well as the seasoned athlete. Just watch your body transform. Tracey Paulfrey, certified trainer, will push you to climb new heights with your fitness level. Concourse Boot Camp is group training offered for 4 weeks at 2 times per week.
Time: Tuesday/Thursday 6am or 6pm
Cost: $280
EXPRESS CARDIO
:: Have fun in a group and burn more calories in less time with interval training
:: 30 minutes of calorie burning interval cardio
:: Workouts are designed based on individual needs and golas
:: Each group works with a certified Personal Trainer who is specially trained in the principles of exercise and nutrition.
