Concourse Athletic Club Swim Lessons

Learning to swim is important to everyone from a safety standpoint and also offers individuals a variety in their workout.  Improving one's stroke technique teaches efficiency in training allowing swimmers of all ages to become more fluid and streamline in the water.

No matter your age or ability level, our Red Cross WSI Certified Instructors and Coaches provide quality swim lessons and classes for Parents and Tots, children and adults; beginners to Masters Swim and Triathletes.

Private and Semi Private lessons for Ages 3 and up 

The Concourse Athletic Club takes pride in providing swim instruction from a staff of qualified, certified and experienced instructors.  We offer private, semi-private and group lessons for adults and children.  Lessons are 30 or 45 minutes in duration depending of the type of lesson.  Swim lessons are scheduled with individual instructors at the Member Services Desk.   All swim lessons and swim programs are also available to non members at a non member rate. 

All swim packages, lessons and classes are scheduled at the Member Service Center and must be pre-paid at the time of scheduling.  Classes and lessons are held on a sign-up availability.  Missed appointments and failure to cancel a lesson at least 12 hours in advance will result in full charge of the lesson fee.  Unused lessons or classes are forfeited if not used within 60 days.

Personal Water Training

A new exercise option and alternative fitness program for all ages and abilities.

Personal Water Training provides natural massage and muscular tension release, naturally protects your joints, provides resistance for improved balance, strength and muscle tone and naturally stretches and strengthens tight and weak muscles.  An excellant cross training vehicle and also great for physically limited participants or individuals recovering from knee or hip surgery.
