Concourse Athletic Club Tennis Policies

To insure proper scheduling and usage in the Tennis Department please adhere to the following policies. Please contact Isaac Yarrell, Tennis Director with questions.

:: Court assignments are given upon check-in, not at the time of the reservation.

:: ALTA or USTA team practice players will admitted to the Tennis facility at no charge as long as their team is booked in the court reservation book.

:: K-Swiss or T-2 match players will not be charged a fee if they can verify the match player's member name.

:: Member's name and # must be accompanied by all reservations for a tennis court. Non-Tennis Members will be charged at the time of the reservation for the number of players in the party.

$15/reservation

:: A non-member partner of a member will be charged $18 for a court reservation.

:: Reservations exceeding 1 ½ hours are not permitted, except in the case of makeup matches for ALTA or USTA. Those matches can reserve court time for up to 2 hours.

:: Sign-in sheets are dated in the future only, do not schedule more than three days in advance.

:: Court maintenance is scheduled from 7AM-1PM and 3-6PM, Monday – Friday.  

:: In case of bad weather, members need to call the Front Desk to confirm existing reservations.

:: Reservations for the Ball Machine are taken at the Front Desk.
