ACCELERATION

A FULL body approach to fitness.  Train with Concourse certified Personal Trainer, Mike Edwards.  This class is cardio based strength training that will boost your stamina, energy and improve strength and endurance.  Each exercise is timed.  The goal is to complete the entire exercise cycle with improved time while keeping proper technique and experiencing improvements in muscle strength, definition, endurance and stamina.

Class size is limited to ensure individual attention is provided. *Intro classes available.

Express Cardio

:: Have fun in a group and burn more calories in less time with interval training

:: 30 minutes of calorie burning interval cardio

:: Workouts are designed based on individual needs and golas

:: Each group works with a certified Personal Trainer who is specially trained in the principles of exercise and nutrition.

:: Improve stamina, energy, circulation, endurance and save time
