Fitness / Wellness Programs
Concourse Athletic Club offers a variety of programs to facilitate a continued lifestyle of wellness for our members. All members begin their membership with a complimentary initial consultation with one of our Fitness Consultants. This one-hour appointment includes a review of medical history, goal setting and instruction in the proper use of the exercise equipment to meet each member's specific needs. To ensure the safety of our members and to protect our equipment, we strongly recommend that all members take advantage of the initial consultation.

Group Fitness
Concourse Athletic Club offers a fun, varied and safe schedule of group exercise classes that are taught by certified, experienced and motivating instructors. Outdoor Activities

Personal Training
One-on-one exercise sessions provided by Certified, Professional Personal Trainers benefit both the individual who has never exercised, as well as the professional athlete. Our trainers are trained in specific areas including weight loss, sports performance, endurance, body toning, body building and pre- and post natal. Personal Training is available for an additional fee.

Pilates
Pilates is a system of physical conditioning developed by Joseph H. Pilates in the 1920s. Pilates does much more than stretch and strengthen. It teaches one about breath and movement, body mechanics, concentration, balance and posture. Pilates optimizes one's movements whatever their current fitness level. It has been called the most perfect Mind and Body exercise program, challenging yet non-competitive.

Racquetball
The Concourse Athletic Club offers four air conditioned indoor racquetball courts, available year-round (three of which have glass back walls). We offer programs for the beginning player through the advance level player. The Concourse Athletic Club has received recognition not only for its facility, but also for our outstanding teaching staff.

Experience the highest quality squash courts and programming in the area along with a variety of classes for beginning to advanced players. Tennis
Concourse Athletic Club's seven outdoor clay tennis courts are host to a wide variety of instructional, social, and competitive programs and leagues. They are geared for junior and adult players of all ages and abilities. The Concourse Athletic Club Junior Development Tennis Program is a comprehensive instructional program for juniors ages 5 through 18 and is structured for junior players of all ability levels.

Triathlon Club
The Triathlon Club at the Concourse Athletic Club is an opportunity for our triathletes to come together for training and social events. The basis for the group originated with our Masters' swim program and we are expanding the scope to provide weekend seminars, clinics, a Traithlon EXPO and team uniforms.
